Basic Information

Grading

• Quarter grade is 90% tests, 10% homework

• Test grade is from total points across all tests/quizzes

• Homework is from total homework points, each homework is usually worth 1 point

• Semester grade is 40% per quarter and 20% for midterm/final (standard for L-S)

Late Homework

• For an excused absence, homework should be turned in as soon as possible (for full credit), but obviously how quickly work can be made up varies with the situation.

• For unexcused missing homework, half credit will be given for homework shown (with complete work) before the unit test.
